House and Lot for Sale.

Those who desire to locate in Cassville will do well to call and examine the residence now occupied by Rev. Daniel Kelsey.  The house is large and conveniently arranged.   The lot embraces one acre of land, besides horse lot, stables, &c., and is all under good repair.  Cassville is one of the pleasantest villages in Upper Georgia, and affords the best facilities for education—having two Colleges, male and female.  This property can be negotiated for privately until the 1st Tuesday in December next—when it will be offered at public sale, if not sold before.  Those wishing to purchase can see the place and negotiate with Mr. B. H. Leeke, or address me at Griffin, Ga.  Oct. 27

W. A. Rogers.
